A walk along the shore

If there is one thing I learned – especially with photography – is that there are times when you MUST ignore the rules, throw caution to the wind and just experiment.

The camera is simply a tool – it’s how you apply it that counts.  In this case as the sun was setting on Lake Tahoe and I was walking to the next spot for my dusk shot, I decided to set the shutter speed for a long exposure and shoot while I walked.  In the end I was pleased with the results and will no doubt continue to experiment with this technique.
